Psyonix goes to innovations in game content.
Developed by Psyonix using the Unreal Engine engine, the Rocket League will include a new product lockout system named Rocket Pass this summer to expand the game’s content.
There will be a paid and free version of Rocket Pass
For Rocket League, a new product opening system will be introduced this summer, in which players have achieved the leveling result. The system called Rocket Pass will work as a Battle Pass system that we can see on Fortnite. Thus, Rocket Pass will allow players to win various gifts on certain levels in some seasons. At the same time, the paid and free versions of the Rocket Pass system will be in the ratings. The free version will feature various decals, cosmetic products such as rims, and decryptors that open casings. Premium passes will be charged once, but will likely be of higher quality and more content than free play.
Each transition in the Rocket Pass system will take several months and you will need a new one over time. The developer did not specify whether the one-time fee paid for the premium covers all premium transitions or whether a re-payment will be made when it ends, but the idea is still developing.
In addition, Rocket League players will have a new arena this month, they will take a new DLC package next summer to take part in summer events and witness great in-game events on July’s birthday.
